1 hour session idea exploring communication skills and dealing with preassure from others.

Two tools that can be used to get small to medium sized groups talking together about a variety of feelings, self perception etc. I've seen this work with 1st years-6th years in the same group. I reckon the Ideal group size would be 4-8
